Online Orders: We have updated our website to make it the fastest and most convenient method for placing an order with us.
We use the most up-to-date online security, so your personal information is always safe. However, if you are still not comfortable placing an order through our website, we have several other ordering options below.

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total to be charged.
Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders and Outside-In gift cards.
Items are charged to you credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be charged at the first shipment.
Money Orders: Any item paid for with a money order will be held until we recieve the money order, and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Gift cards: For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. It will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card, and will only be charged the outstanding order balance. Thne information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.
Sales Tax: If you are shipping to an address in California, we are required to charge local sales tax.
Price differences: We make every attempt to have consistent pricing between our website and stores. Occasionally we offer special prices that are exclusive to our website. Please call us at 877.274.6764 if you have any questions about pricing.
