Returns & Exchanges
 
We stand behind the quality of our wares. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise for refund within 45 days of the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Refund Process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
 
To Return Website Merchandise:
 
Contact us at 1.877.274.6764 or at store@outsideinhome.com upon receipt of your order. We will give you an RMA number, which must be marked clearly on the box.
 
Please use the enclosed return label* when using USPS.

*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.  All C.O.D packages will be returned to sender.  Outside-In is not responsible for customer returns that are not received, or arrive in a used or broken condition.  Please use original packaging.
 
Merchandise may also be returned at the Outside-In store locations with the original packing list. Please bring return items in original product packaging to help expedite the return or exchange process. See Store Location for directions or a map. Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items, keep ALL of the original packaging and contact us within 5 days. We will work with UPS in placing your claim.  If you have any questions about this process, please contact us at 877.274.6764 or store@outsideinhome.com.
 
Defective Items
May of our items is hand-made and are designed in a rustic or distressed style.  If you feel that the item(s) you have received are defective in any way please contact our offices at 877.274.6764 or store@outsideinhome.com.
