Do you offer gift wrapping services?

In-store gift wrap options include gift bags for $1.00 or gift boxes for $3.00. Online orders shipped out may be wrapped in a gift box for $3.00 per package. We are unable to gift wrap items purchased on sale or oversized items.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal when purchasing online.  Our storefront locations also accept cash, Apple & Samsung pay.

What is your Return Policy?*

We will be happy to credit your charge card or issue a refund via PayPal for merchandise in original condition returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization (R.A.) # prior to returning any merchandise.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, unless your order arrives damaged.  Please be sure to keep all original packaging should your order arrived damaged.  You will be credited for the full amount of the item purchase price, once your return has been received and inspected.  You may also return your merchandise in person at our storefront locations, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.  In-store returns must be accompanied by your receipt.  Please bring the credit card used for the purchase with you to receive a merchandise refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).

*Due to Covid-19 we are allowing exchanges only, within 3 days of purchase, on textiles, including apparel, scarves, hats, kitchen linens, table linens, bath textiles, pillows, throws and rugs. These items are a final sale.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

In case of breakage or damages, please contact Zaneta at 831.684.0186 and save all packing materials.  We must be notified of any damages within 7 days of delivery.  It is important to have your UPS or USPS tracking number when contacting us to report any damages.  This number can be found either above or below the barcode of your shipping label.

What happens when I join your mailing list?

When you subscribe to our mailing list you will be notified of any sales, preferred customer offers or events we hold. This is normally 3 or 4 times a year.
